Bioforce Devils Claw - Made from the tubers of Harpagophytum procumbens, a plant native to the southern parts of Africa. The most widely used name for Harpagophytum is Devil's Claw, a term used to desribe the branching, wood-like and barbed fruit which appear in the rainy season. It is the tubers or storage roots of the plant, measuring approximately 20cm in length, which are used medicinnally. After collection they are dried quickly to 90% of the original fresh weight to prevent the growth o fungi on the surface of the tubers.
